So disappointed and think this is a fix. I joined this site about 1 month ago – did not subscribe, got lots of emails telling me how lucky I was and what a huge amount of interest I had! Guys were viewing my profile, every day for 3 weeks it told me I had at least 8 visitors. So I spent just over £32 for a months subscription. Four days, not one view on my profile!! Very disappointed! I wish I’d read the reviews here and saved myself some dosh. Thanks for nothing!!!

With the basic subscription you can’t even read messages sent by other users. You also cannot turn off two-step verification. this website has clearly become a money grab, and I can honestly say I used to like it but now I HATE it. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

It is the worst dating site
The only option you have is 6 months and you can’t cancel for a refund. I tried after 5 days and they refused. The site is not inclusive and full of married men and or men trolling for hook ups or they are bigots. It is the worst dating site that I came across.

Its gives you poor matches and doesn’t give you the chance to search. You just have to accept what matches they give you. From the start, the autorenew facility is switched on and no warning is given in advance so it automatically renews after 6 months and there is no right to cancel. The first thing I would so is go in and turn off autorenew. Saying that, there are better sites that do allow you to search.

Not impressed at all about it’s service , I had card payments going out every single week of 4.99p and I checked to see if I had a subscription service and I couldn’t find one : weird !! anyway , I e-mailed to this site and they couldn’t find any such transactions on their records , they tried fobbing me off saying I may have used itunes or google to access their services but the card payment on my bank statement said card payment to this site so I don’t really know , but I now not to touch them or any other online dating subscription service ever again with a barge pole !! It is a complete waste of time
I tried this site out for a month. I had a few matches for the entire month even though I swiped right probably over a hundred times. I got an email from one of the matches and responded and then never heard from her again. I met another match in person and she happened to be a con artist who tried to steal from me. It is a complete waste of time. It may be fine for women but if you are a man try something else.

Fake profile
It uses trickery to get to you sign. My friend and I received contact from the same ?fake profile within minutes of using the app. Then surprise surprise, you can’t see the messages without signing up. Then they have the 3 day cancellation period which does not apply to Australia but it does not state that….the way it’s worded makes it seem like it only applies if you are a user in the United states. Help.
